Commercial Signs

We specialize in the design, fabrication and installation of large-scale commercial signage. We will work directly with you on designs and proposals, and with your local municipality to assure that your signage meets local building codes, while providing maximum impact.

Our Location

Fabrication

Durable exterior electronic signs, with metal fabrication using MIG, TIG and steel welding. Custom shapes and designs are easily handled by our digitally driven 6’ x 10’ flatbed router, which can cut from a variety of materials including aluminum, plastics, and high-density urethane signfoam. With skilled tradesmen – metal fabricators, welders, electricians, painters, installers and graphic designers – we design, build and install all types of signage.

Installation

Custom sign installations provided by our experienced, licensed installers. Throughout the year, you can count on our installers to get the job done. Our equipment includes three fully rigged Elliott boom trucks with working heights of 85’, 60’, 48’ as well as 53′ and 35’ bucket trucks. We install all manner of exterior signs, whether in-ground, above-ground, or on-structure. We will also produce and install all of your interior signs as well.

Service

Service is an important part of what we offer. Need a brand new sign for your business? We are here for you from an idea to installation – and longer. We provide permit procurement services by reviewing municipal signage codes, submitting stamped engineering drawings and attending planning and zoning meetings. We’ll also be here long after installation, providing service for your sign, maximizing your investment.

Welcome to UlrichSigns.com. There are few local sign companies that can accommodate the most complex signage challenges, yet whom are happy to handle your most basic sign needs. Businesses throughout Buffalo and the surrounding Western New York area have recognized these qualities at Ulrich Sign Company and have kept us busy since 1939 - designing, fabricating, installing and servicing our signs.
Our Capabilities

Evidence of the trust that businesses place in us to design their signs is that we are a GROWING business in Buffalo and throughout the Western New York area. We have added to our fleet of equipment, which includes an 85' fully-rigged boom truck, two 42' bucket trucks and two service trucks. Ulrich Sign Company has experienced electrical servicemen and licensed crane operators on staff. Custom construction, paint and finish work is accomplished in-house by our expert fabrication staff. We utilize two fully-equipped and networked computer graphics design/production stations. Our Camtech flatbed router gives us precise dimensional routing capabilities up to 6' by 10' for a variety of materials including plastics, aluminum, and high-density signfoam. Our Roland digital printer brings vibrant, durable, full-color graphics to our finished products. There is no job too small or too large for us to handle.
